When to Provide the Sample

How to Urinate

The middle of the urination stream should be in the cup or bottle. The end of the urination stream should be in the toilet. This is because of the fact that the start and end of your urination is the dirtiest parts. You should be sure that you give a big enough sample though. Usually around 60cc’s is decent.
