Results
The results of the nicotine test are usually really accurate and would sit around 99% accuracy. The results usually come pretty quickly and if it reads back positive for Cotinine, that means there is nicotine (the metabolites) in his urine. This would mean that in the last four days or so, the person has smoked a cigarette or somehow got nicotine into his or her body.
