Urine Dilution

In order to pass a urine test, some people go to the extents. Urine dilution is a method which can work if done right and is not that difficult. Urine dilution consists of you lowering your concentration of drug metabolites and urinating more. There is a problem with the urine dilution method though. This is because the urine tests will most likely look at the creatine concentration level also and this can show that someone diluted their urine. Not just that, but the color of the urine becomes clear when someone dilutes their urine so it will send off signals.

Even though some people have clearer urine then others, if the person reviewing the test feels that it is just too clear, they will throw out the sample you provided. If you do the urine dilution the right way and make sure you don’t “leave any tracks” then you will be fine. The urine dilution will start the day of the test in the morning or just the night before. Some people dilute their urine for days before the test but that is just unnecessary.

There are ways of making sure that it is not so obvious that you used the urine dilution method. You can make your urine look less clear and you can make sure that the creatine levels don’t send off signals. Just do some research and find out the tips to successfully utilize the urine dilution method and fool the urine drug test.
